sunday morning, i was rummaging through some prison break videos when this friend called and informed me that he just came back from bataan and that he wanted to visit the wake of an acquaintance, well, his friend na ren. alright, just for the sake of saying yes, i did nod, 7 pm. it's a date... after watching the ginebra game, i immediately texted him, it was like 7:15 pm na. asking where we'd meet, if we'll still go or something like that. i even tried to call him, but no response. tubid came out of dug out, got no choice but to just go with them, i am the only one left there eh. that was like almost 8. when we reached metrowalk, i still called him up. negative. in the middle of our dinner, around 9:30, i saw 5 missed calls, finally it was him. but i decided not to go anymore because it was kind of late and we've already  made plans that we'll see the gig of ron's friend. my bad, i wasn't able to text this friend back about my plans.

malate, past 10:30 he texted me that he went home na, cursing... that i am like this person with this rude attitude... that i didnt even bother to text him or whatever. wtf. he didn't answer my calls and text messages for 2 fuckin hours. i just was not able to answer his call. he usually sends text messages but at that time that he needs to, he did not. my night was spoiled coz i felt guilty even if i didnt do anything wrong. when i got home, i texted him, told him that i waited for his response. i don't know but he's always like that. he sees things only on his side. no wonder why some of our friends do not feel like getting along with him anymore.

anyway, another disappointment is the recent gas price hike. i think just a couple of weeks back, unleaded in shaw area (gas is cheaper in that area) was just P36.20. last thursday, i had it half filled coz we were watching POTC3 the next day, P37.70 na ata. then saturday, on my way from la salle to ghills para i-meet si raymond, i was totally shocked. P38.20 na in the same area. the gas boy told me the hike took place that same morning. P2 in just two weeks. very very disappointing. i decided to just return it to my parents' abode so i wouldn't be tempted to use it this week. i foresee another fare hike. P7.50 na ulit.

later afternoon, a former arab classmate wants to see me again. last term, he "gave" me couple of thousand bucks to "help" him do his HWs or he'll fail. of course i didn't want to take the money, just purely pro bono. but he insisted, and even said "you need it, for your gas expenses". he wants to do it again, this time at an earlier pace, so he won't be "cramming". haha.

im writing this while waiting for a photo op hir in the turf room. maybe i'll post it online tomorrow morning because they dont have wi-fi hir. im at the manila polo club by the way. i couldn't forget laughing really hard when rommy called me up to remind me about this dinner. JB Baylon of Coca-cola is hosting this for a "victory party".  victory saan? haha. i still cannot forget how san miguel smashed the tigers the other day. there was 9 secs left with the beermen trailing by 4 points. and who can ever imagine that the beermen even won the game, claiming the last quarterfinals slot. hanep si galen  young. pero magaling din si bell. if coke was able to get bell 3 games earlier instead of varem, i'm sure they wouldn't have to get into that wildcard. sobrang devastated talaga kami. actually i spoke in front of them a while ago and thanked everyone, specially the management for their support to us. it's been 10 years since joining the ball club. sunkist was still the team back then. i can't believe ive been with the PBA for a decade, back when i was a HS froshie, if i remember it right.

i just had a convo with yeo, making kumusta, asking how la salle is doing, more importantly the basketball team. i've known him since his rookie year as a green archer. he promised me to give his coke jersey when practice resumes. haha. speaking of la salle, hir's the banner for our fund raising activity on saturday.

i'm done with heroes. maybe because of it's too addictive formula, i thought i saw dr. suresh when i saw this indian guy hir at Andrew, just what ive been telling tina hahaha. im thinking of what to finish next, but im too excited to see heroes' season 2. i also wonder if prison break has an upcoming season coz i didnt quite get the last episode's ending. loser eh?

i'm waiting for the dates of my final exams hir in school and i already wrote dr barbie and dr laurilla for some updates. one thing i question about this is how come they are not able to figure it out since they have a SY calendar posted just outside their office. im always hir for tambay lang and doing nothing. i cant even use their wifi coz i find my laptop to be too heavy for me to bring.

on a related note, i had a mishap (again!?!?) the other day when i dropped by francis' place in makati. good thing the starex owner did it just right in front of their place. sure thing was he admitted that it was all his fault. he was a nice person though. acutally, i just got back there for the replacements of some stuff. i just hate the hassle. :D

moreover, we saw transformers last night at shang. at first i was hesistant because i thought im not really into it since during those days it was shown on tv, i wasnt really watching it. bioman maybe. i hope the do a movie on that as well. pero it was effin nice. haha. to say that it's awesome is an understatement.
