i actually have a lot of things to do this day but decided to post for unknown reasons... i actually just finished the great debaters movie and would you believe it, one more chance? haha i like the name basha? (sounds like the jazz singer) maybe because i've really been itching to write since the other day. i thought i would write about our little vacation last weekend but i've said so much about it the night i came back when i watched the pba then went to music21 afterwards, i prefer not to. actually, when i'm at our dorm, i got nothing to do, everything that causes me to be busy all happens when i go out. i don't know why. so it's glad to know that my francis is finally back here from the states so i can have dinner with a friend, besides my brother who oftentimes goes out with his girlfriend.

so it took the philippine media more than a month to finally say something on arnel pineda's discovery on youtube which lead him to being hired as journey's new vocalist. what's next, abs-cbn will again ride on mr. pineda's popularity and claim that he's a kapamilya. haha come on. look at what they are doing with ms pempengco.

moving on, i heard about the big time celebration going on in UP for their centennial celebration. it was my childhood dream to be part of the premiere state university. it could have been a dream come true if only i learned to be serious with my craft, and more importantly, learned how to choose my friends and set my priorities. nevertheless it's cool. i can't wait for la salle's 100th year on 2011 i think (same year that UST would celebrate its 400years of 'existence'). i am sure dlsu wouldn't let themselves celebrate without being noticed. knowing la salle.
