on feeling bad for others
we are on our way to audrey's birthday in antipolo. it's 1:30 pm and i just woke up. i haven't eaten anything so i think this would mean gluttony. my bad. i shouldn't even be saying that. a few seconds ago, we passed by the infamous marikina river and saw this mountains of garbage on the riverside. To say that it looked awfully bad is an understatement. You can visualize the way the place looked on the day of the storm surge. At that moment, i thanked Bro for keeping me safe that day, and at the same time, prayed for my countrymen who suffered emotional, physical and financial damage during that fateful day.
on another note, i still have no idea what i'll be doing for the rest of the day. one thing that is certain is that i will go rest as soon as we get home. my eyes need toothpick to keep it on, to say the least. oh and i'm so proud to be given this jersey of the fearless ronald tubid of ginebra. it's the first time i'm publicly wearing it during my work out sessions. their next victim: the alaska aces!
